Most of those photos are simply good photos, with little editing involved.
The two from www.wallpaperbase.com are the exception. Especially the second one looks overdone to me. Probably done with a program such as neat image, which is easily and quite often overdone. If you’re not careful with it, people start to look like plastic dolls - quite ugly if you ask me.
Adobe 7.0? I assume you might mean Elements 7? That is only the previous version to the current 8, whereas Photoshop 7 is old, VERY old.
Neat image and other programs like it can be purchased as a plug in or a stand alone program.
Photoshop itself has a noise removal filter but it isn’t very good. The healing tool (and cloning tool), however, are great for fixing blemishes, then there is NO need to turn the models plastic.

What should I do? Bipolar boyfriend turned violent?
My first love unfortunately has bipolar disorder, and refuses meds. He is the most sweetest, kindest man I have ever met. However, he recently turned violent. I should also add that we have both been "living on the streets" since October, though sleeping indoors, due to financial strain, which I know can aggrivate bipolar disorder symptoms. Here are his violent actions toward me in a timeline:
1. We were on a road trip and he pulled my hair so hard I thought it would rip out of my head. He also bit my finger. - October
2. Due to his paranoia from bipolar disorder (I think), we were staying at a hotel, and he literally took all the furniture in the hotel room and put it against the door. He also ripped the light fixture out of the bathroom, and I was afraid he was going to kill me even though he did not hurt me this time. - beginning of November
3. Things settled down. However, I think due to his bipolar disorder, there were times when I was not allowed to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and when I did I was accused of cheating, even though I would never cheat on anyone and the only place I went to was the bathroom November - December
4. He punched me for no apparent reason - January
5.All I did was tell him what time it was, he freaked out by not letting me move and he bit my arm, punched me in the face, squeezed my head, and tried choking me, While he was doing all this, he said odd things such as "I’m really going to miss you," and when I asked him a question he made a comment that "longer than you’ll be alive." I really thought he was going to kill me, so I screamed for help and the police came.
He is currently in jail for the last incident, and I have decided not to press charges against him. I am now staying with my mom while he’s in jail, and I withdrew from college because he’s in all my same classes - he pressured me into enrolling in college even though I don’t really want to go right now just so we can both live off the college loans and won’t have to work, thus enabling us to spend literally 24/7 together. He has been living off college loans for years, but like I said he’s homeless so it’s never enough to maintain a stable living environment.
Anyway, even though I know being BIPOLAR (and what’s more, refusing meds) is absolutely NO EXCUSE for him to be violent towards me, I really truly love him. And the sad, pathetic thing is one of the main reasons I want to be with him is so he doesn’t go off with some other girl. We had sex so I feel emotionally attached to him.
What’s even worse is that his "sane" sister hates me and has been trying to get him away from me ever since I met him! She also treats him like a baby, even though he’s (supposed to be) a grown man.
I called the jail, and they said he put me on his visitor’s list. Should I visit him? Can/will he ever change? Should I stay with him? Or was him telling me "I’m really going to miss you," an indirect way of telling me I should stay away for my own safety?
Please someone help me. Thank you.
I have been threw alot of this same bull shit at a young age, i was beaten for several years, and yes i am still with my boyfriend and yes he has changed, but honestly if i would have been able to escape to my moms or somewhere, i would have. i suggest you leave him for the sake of your own insanity. because when or if he chanhes, it will never change your menatl abuse, all the thoughts of how someone you loved could harm you in such a way is not a healthy thing to experience, DITCH HIM!

You shouldn’t associate yourself with him. You love him, yes, but you gotta put yourself first in this situation if he refuses medicine for his disorder. He’s going to have bipolar for the rest of his life. How he handles it is his choice unless he receives court orders to get help. He’ll never not have the disorder, but the way he deals with it and the way it’s managed can change if he’s willing to or forced to by a judge to make the change. For the sake of yourself & your safety, I hope you choose not to stay with him & not to associate with him. But good luck in whichever you choose.

Well dear here’s what I think
first time apart is always a good thing it will give you time to think about everything and I know you love him and love drives us all to seemingly crazy things but you need to spend some time apart and I think maybe when he gets out of prison if you decide this is still a relationship you want to be int then I don’t advise living with him for your own safety also on a side note he should really look into some free mental health in your area I’m sure there is somewhere he can go to get helped also this just me trying to read into this but are they really sure he has bipolar disorder because from what you’re saying about the dissociations in chracter violent behavior disorganized speech paranoid ideas it sounds like it might be something else not just a mood disorder all I’m really saying is proceed with caution this is your situation and I’m sure you know what’s best but spend sometime away from him catch up with your mom or some old friends try talking to the free counselor at your college and really figure out what’s best for you

Break off all contact now. Keep a current restraining order against him(you have to renew them every 3 years where I live). You are at a high risk to suffer great physical harm or death at the hands of this person. I want you to learn everything you can about Victims of Domestic Violence and the Cycle of Domestic Violence. You should also learn about co-dependency issues and enabling behavior. Consider long term counseling to help you avoid a string of volatile relationships. Sometimes to fill a need in ourselves, we seek out other people who are doing the same back to us - you will have strong feelings, so strong that you will rationalize staying in an abusive or volatile relationship. Hopefully you will learn that you deserve better than what you may be attracted to before too much damage is done.
I understand that he can be "the most sweetest, kindest man", but if he has been aware that he could hurt you during a manic episode, but refuses to take medication (for probably the rest of his life), then that totally overshadows any of the good times you’ve shared. You call this your first love, I think you don’t know what love is and you are mistaking this for it. Get out now and never put up with someone who hits your or puts you down verbally or tries to control you, no matter how nice they can be or whatever their ailment.

Despite how much you love this guy, his actions are inexcusable. He has chosen not to be on medication for whatever reason and as such he is not taking your relationship serious. Being Bipolar should have nothing to do with it, it’s domestic violence and should not be tolerated. Even when Bipolar people who are not medicated have stable periods, you need to give him an ultimatum, for him to get treatment or you will leave him. If left untreated, his paranoia can become more and more intense and could lead to something more sinister.
